The Collaboration Commons project, a long-planned Lab modernization effort, has closed the Guest House parking lot (Lot Z) from April 21 to the end of September. This closure will facilitate two key construction activities: receiving and unloading building materials, and construction of utilities on the east side of the new building. Closing the parking lot will remove traffic and the Lab community from harm’s way and ensure a safe working environment.

The Lab community was invited to a virtual lunch & learn for updates on the project, including summer and fall construction plans, parking and transportation impacts, conferencing space reservations, and interior renderings on April 17. A replay of this session is available on the Lab’s streaming video library.
