Tree removal work began Feb. 15 and will continue on Saturdays through April 5.  The removal will better ensure the safety of all by removing trees that are in the path of a safe exit from the Lab during an emergency.

Watch the video of the removal work.  The vendor is using equipment to cut and remove the trees rather than having employees climb the trees, making the removal safer.  Each day’s work starts with a review of the day’s work and the safety plan for completing the work.
