The plan calls for the closure of the following campus roadways: Hearst Mining Circle, Cheit Lane at South Drive, University Drive at West Circle, and East Gate to through traffic. In addition, UCPD will set up the following road closures before and after the welcome event at the stadium. From 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.:

• Northbound Piedmont Avenue will be closed at Bancroft Way
• Southbound Gayley Road will be closed at Hearst Avenue
• Northbound Stadium Rim Way will be closed at Centennial Drive

UCPD personnel will be on site at these locations to assist with directions. Buses and emergency vehicles will maintain access. All other roadways near the stadium will remain open.  Finally, the University will also post no-parking tow-away signs along the north side of the 2700 block of Bancroft Way.
