Ceviche & Co. (Ceviche), the food truck at Lot S near Building 67, will discontinue operations on Friday, Aug. 29. This decision was made as part of the Lab’s ongoing efforts to reduce non-labor costs in response to current budget reductions. The Lab is required to subsidize the food truck if there is not enough income from customers. Daily patronage is relatively low, ranging between 25 to 45 people per day. 

Coffee and food services will continue to be available from the rotating food trucks located by Building 91, which are accessible via the Lab shuttle services that operate throughout the day.
