A new club focused on amateur radio (ham) operations is forming at Berkeley Lab and seeking participants. The club will focus on experimentation with equipment, antennas, and fun operating events, as well as the safety role hams might play at the Lab. A first Zoom meeting will be held on Thursday, Sept. 21 at 11 a.m. You do not need to be a licensed ham operator to join in on the fun. Email kcarney@lbl.gov for more information.
