The little things make a big difference when hosting a conference or meeting. Conference Services has those special touches to loan for Lab events.

“We have expanded the items we have for loan,” said Conference Services manager Elijah Walker, III. “We have a new pop-up that offers two backgrounds for selfies, table covers featuring the Lab’s logos, and standing signs with the Lab’s name and logo. 

The photo pop-up has already proved to be popular. It was featured at the recent SLAM. “Our attendees loved having a clean backdrop for group photos and selfies,” said Justin Placencia, who managed the event. “There are two backdrops to use, and we went with the Lab logo since most of the photos were going onto social media.”
