To support event setup flexibility and maximize space utilization, a Work Request may be submitted for the removal or reconfiguration of existing furniture. An Outdoor Space Configuration Request must be submitted through the Facilities Work Request Center and include both a schematic of the desired layout and the appropriate Fire Marshal-approved plan. If rental furniture is used to supplement existing furnishings, placement and setup must be performed by the rental vendor.
