El Gallo (the Rooster) serves coffee, espresso drinks, and a variety of breakfast and lunch food items from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays from a mobile coffee trailer in front of the Integrated Genomics Building (Building 91). El Gallo’s food offerings are in addition to the regular food trucks, which will continue to serve lunch from 11 a.m. – 2 pm. on weekdays. El Gallo replaces the rotating coffee trucks.
