Learn how insights from this modeling are helping guide emergency decision-making, including when to evacuate and when conditions may require alternative safety measures. The session will also cover the role of the Lab’s 12 designated Wildfire Temporary Refuge Buildings, which provide safe shelter if a fast-moving fire makes evacuation unsafe.
The session will be hybrid, held on Zoom and in Building 90, room 1144.
At the end of the session, those attending either virtually or in person will be entered to win the Safety Sweepstakes to win a special prize. Must be present to win either online or in-person.
