“It’s important that all in the Lab community, but particularly those who work in East Canyon, be familiar with the emergency exiting procedures for that area should an emergency occur,” said Security and Emergency Services Division Director David von Damm. “In addition to sharing the emergency plan for that area during construction, there is a lot of vegetation work being done to ensure the Lab is as prepared as possible for a potential wildfire, and we want to share our plans for additional work in that area.”
