2. Copay for an outpatient visit will increase from $20 to $30 for UC Blue & Gold HMO, Kaiser HMO, UC Care (UC Select/Tier 1) members.

3. Life insurance and disability insurance are NOT Open Enrollment items. You can apply for coverage throughout the year.

4. Visit ALEX, your virtual benefits counselor, for a quick and easy Q&A to help determine which plan is right for you.

5. If you are happy with your current coverage and do not have a Flexible Spending Account, still review the medical premium.
