As part of the Lab’s Resiliency and Respect series, UC Berkeley nutritionist Kim Guess visited the Lab to present tasty dishes that are easy to prepare and good for you.  

Kim, the Wellness Program Dietitian at UCB, is part of the Employee Assistance Program, which is open to Lab staff. She holds hybrid cooking classes on campus or via Zoom. You can sign up for the in-person class, which provides samples, or drop in via Zoom to one of the classes. And you can download recipes from past classes, including holiday favorites with a new, healthy twist.
