Small changes to the way we work can have a big impact on our comfort, health, and safety. That’s the idea behind One Small Change, a new Berkeley Lab-wide campaign launching in October in recognition of National Ergonomics Month. The campaign is designed to empower everyone to take an active role in their ergonomic comfort and safety at work.
Through real stories and testimonials from colleagues across the Lab, this campaign showcases how simple ergonomic adjustments can prevent injuries, improve well-being, and inspire everyone to do the same. Together, these individual commitments will build a stronger, safer, and more comfortable environment for everyone at Berkeley Lab.
To kick things off, Deputy Lab Director for Operations Michael Brandt shares the one small ergonomic change he’s made and how it’s helped him.
