From critical infrastructure maintenance and office remodels to the annual arrival of grass-guzzling goats on-site, the Lab’s Operations Subcontractor Management (OSM) Team has a portfolio that touches every corner of the Lab. Acting as a control tower between the Lab’s strategic goals and its external contractors, the team ensures every project is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all requirements. In this episode, Elements spoke with OSM Team Lead Justin Bray to explore the team’s critical role, how they collaborate across the Lab, and what they’re most proud of accomplishing.
