We’re told Lab employees can sponsor external vendors (for no fee). The employee will need to give sponsored vendor their contact information (name, Lab email address) when they fill out the vendor form. In short, Come All Ye Crafters!
I love the craft fair and I am thoroughly impressed by all your skills. Keep up the good work, I am definitely a prime customer and supporter of this awesome event!

Am I able to invite outside vendors to come and have a booth at the fair? Do they have to pay a booth fee?
