Why a Change Management CoP?

Change is constant at Berkeley Lab. From evolving research priorities and new technologies to workforce and process transformations, effective change management is critical to our mission. This CoP will serve as a shared space to exchange best practices, learn from one another’s experiences, develop our collective capabilities, and support each other through the challenges of leading and navigating change.
