The Lab’s Health Services is offering a free, one-year lifestyle change program called the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) for non-diabetic individuals who have prediabetes or are at high risk for developing Type 2 Diabetes. Utilizing a CDC-approved curriculum, the DPP provides the necessary tools, education, and encouragement to help you make meaningful and lasting changes that can significantly reduce your risk of developing diabetes and help you reach your health goals.

This program is free to all eligible at-risk Lab employees. The next cohort will start on April 22.
