Open Enrollment is here, and big PPO plan changes are coming in 2026. CORE and Health Savings plans will be replaced by Health Savings Plus, a new HSA-compatible option with bigger Lab contributions ($750 single / $1,500 family). We’re also moving PPO administration from Anthem to Blue Shield of California, with 97% of providers staying the same. If you’re currently in CORE or Health Savings, you’ll be auto-enrolled unless you make a change, so review your options now.
