I’m usually at the lab as a pedestrian or cyclist, so I appreciate you making safety a priority. However, rather than posting a general speed limit of 15 mph, which feels like stand still to most drivers, and a stop sign at virtually every intersection, which apparently nobody follows, I wonder if it would create a safer environment to go for a more generally attainable speed limit of say 25 mph and putting stop signs really only where they’re needed and yield signs ohterwise, and then actually enforce them.
