Adittional COVID-19 vaccine clinics (Moderna, Spikevax) are available for Dec. 11 and Jan. 8, Jan. 14, and Jan. 15. at Berkeley Lab’s Health Services in Building 26. The COVID and flu vaccines are both available but are limited to employees, including retirees, who are able to come onsite. 

Clinic appointments are available on those days, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. If those dates or times for the clinics are inconvenient, employees can schedule appointments for flu or COVID vaccines on other weekdays. You must schedule an appointment and complete consent forms in advance on the online portal clinic.lbl.gov.
